ALL ABOUT ACNE

From time to time hormone levels can change and such changes can cause the sebaceous (oil producing) glands to produce higher level of oil than the skin actually needs. At the same time these hormones will also thicken the inner lining of the hair follicles meaning that dead skin cells are not effectively shed and the oil cannot drain away. The hair follicles will therefore start to clog up and become infected. It’s a result of this that we notice the start of an acne breakout in the form of comedones which are blackheads and whiteheads and / or pustules which are often red or inflamed pus-filled spots.

There is a definite link between changes in hormone levels and acne which is why so many teenagers are affected and why it tends to affect younger adults more than the more mature. In fact, around 80% of people between the ages of 11 and 30 will be affected by acne. Girls tend to be affected at a slightly younger age than boys and outbreaks can last for several years until hormones balance out.

It can however also continue into adulthood with 5% of women and 1% of men over the age of 25 being affected.

Acne can develop all over the body but the most common forms are as follows:

Facial Acne affects virtually everyone with acne and is the most common by far. Whilst some people are lucky and will only get the odd individual pimple others will have a series of lesions across their face leaving their skin looking sore and very red. Sure, there may not be exact statistics as to how common facial acne is but you would be in the absolute minority if you didn’t have any outbreaks at all.

Truncal Acne (acne of the back and chest) is estimated to occur in 61% of patients – this includes:

Back Acne is the next most common and is estimated to affect over 50% of acne sufferers. Chest Acne affects around 15% of those with acne.

So far we know that acne affects adults and children, the face and the body and now, to make matters even more complicated, there are also several (6 to be precise) types of spots caused by the condition:

Blackheads: Commonly thought to be pores filled with dirt but are actually black due to colouring of the thickened inner lining.

Whiteheads: Raised bumps with a tell-tale white tip.

Papules: Small red bumps that are often tender and sore

Pustules: Similar to papules but filled with pus

Nodules: Larger hard lumps beneath the surface of the skin which can be quite painful

Cysts: Large pus-filled lumps with a similar appearance to boils. It’s these which present the greatest risk of permanent scarring

The spots can be painful and unsightly but, of course, it’s not just about the physical symptoms – the psychological effect can be devastating, especially in teenagers.

The bad news is that acne can't be cured. The good news is that it can be controlled with treatment and, in our opinion, Revitol Acnezine is one of the best treatments on the market today and certainly one that you should consider.

REVITOL ACNEZINE

Revitol Acnezine is not just an acne cream but is an entire skin care management system. It reduces the oil production responsible for clogging up your pores and fights off the production of bacteria. The active natural ingredients in Acnezine which have these effects include aloe vera, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B12, collagen type II, and other natural herb extracts. It’s proven to work in successfully eliminating whiteheads, blackheads, redness and any form of acne. It’s effective on the face, chest, back or anywhere else on the body and is safe for all ages from teenagers to adults.

Acnezine is an advanced, two part treatment system that works in two ways by targeting the visible effects of acne on the outside of the skin and also from the inside by blocking the bacteria and hence preventing further outbreaks.:

Firstly, the topical moisturizing cream is applied up to three times a day and targets the surface of the skin to get you relief faster than ever before. It works by helping dry your skin, remove excess oil, and reduce inflammation.

In effect the acne cream acts as a skin cleanser and gets rid of the build-up of oil and bacteria on your skin that has caused the problem. It also effectively moisturizes and will also help to keep your skin clean, bright and healthy thus also significantly lowering the chances of developing acne again in the future. The cream only has to be applied once a day to start with, increasing later on to twice or even three times a day. It will certainly leave your skin both looking and feeling healthier and will reduce the appearance of acne fast.

Whilst this particular topical moisturising cream is not as harsh when compared to other acne creams on the market, it does however contain Benzoyl Peroxide 5% which is a common ingredient found in most topical acne treatments. Those with sensitive skin or a known allergy to Benzyol Peroxide please take note.

econdly, a nutritional supplement (in the form of capsule), is taken orally once a day. This unique, all-natural blend of clinically proven ingredients, targets the very bacteria from within which are responsible for forming acne and hence helps prevent further outbreaks.

Not only does this capsule prevent future acne breakouts, it also helps clear the body of toxins as it is essentially an anti-oxidant. This is the main power behind the Acnezine acne treatment and what really sets it apart from other treatments. It’s a one-two punch combo to fight the present whiteheads, blackheads, pus, redness and pimples, while cleansing the body to prevent future acne breakouts.

Acnezine is not only effective for acne prevention, it also helps heal the marks and blemishes that formed because of earlier acne. The antioxidant ingredients in the solution are known for their skin cell healing effects. They help cleanse your body of harmful waste and free radicals, while strengthening your skin cells. At the same time, ingredients such as collagen help rejuvenate and replenish your skin cells, reducing the appearance of acne blemishes.

Being honest no one product works for everyone and, if you’re expecting a 100% certain, miracle cure, prepare to be disappointed! Whilst it can produce fast improvements treatment should be continued every single day for at least a month. Do not just stop if you think that it looks like it has been cleared up. This product is undoubtedly one of the best out there, so, have patience, follow the instructions, stick to the regime and your acne problem could be solved in next to no time.
